Feng Shui Figurines

When Ms. Vegas asked me to get her and her friends some figurines, I told her that the best time to get them is now that there are Chinese New Year exhibits.  She thought that I would need to go to Binondo to get them.  I told them that San Juan has everything that Binondo has.

Blue dragon, elephants, horses, birds at V-Mall.
Ms. Vegas sent me the World of Feng Shui links to guide me on what she wants:

Blue dragon

Ox

I might hop over to Megamall this long weekend to check out the sale that ends on January 31, but maybe the World of Feng Shui is a shop that Ms. Vegas can check out herself since it's a permanent shop or stall.

Green dragon.  Thanks to my friend for spotting and styling.
Anyway, when I checked out the V-Mall exhibit on the ground floor, it turns out that most of them have a stall or store upstairs.

The Chinese New Year sale ends on January 24, Tuesday.

  4. Perhaps it may have the same but not the same price.

  5. Mas masarap pa nga raw ang kutsay ah sa Lim's kesa sa pinuntahan ng friend ko sa Binondo. Of course not, crumpylicious. But for me it's not worth the trip, and I don't like the facilities. It's like comparing a 3-star hotel with a starless hotel. Malayo talaga ang price, ng Fortune sa Gloriamaris, so my friend who lives in QC goes all the way to Binondo. So I guess for some people, more bang for the buck. I just have minimum standards of how a restaurant should be, or else sa bahay na lang ako kakain. I read somewhere that Binondo will die in a year yata. I find this hard to believe, with all its banks, but maybe it will not last until the next generation. Unless it reinvents itself.

  6. Speaking of which pala, does anyone know where you can buy kuchay ah in San Juan aside from Lim's? Say, in Greenhills? We went to the resto on the ground floor of V-Mall, my Aunty Vicky's stall in Unimart, Mann Hann, Gloria Uni. Nada.
